minum air masak banyak-banyak. ok, ada kena mengena tak? for kesihatan dan kecantikan juga. =P
kalau rajin sesekali boleh letak timun dkt mata sebelum tidur utk hilangkan dark circle and cuci muka dgn air beras utk tegang & licin kan kulit.
