happy new year 2011 - red velvet version

assalamualaikum.

happy new year ladies and gentleman,

in welcoming new year 2011, i bake a red velvet cake for my family. i am not a professional cake baker but i like to share and care this to them and my readers (i mean, i share you the recipe la. not the cake. hihi)

there are lot of things to improve such as the topping. hu3x

insya Allah, i will going to improve the skills by buying the proper tools such as grader, spatula, molds and piping bags.

so, this is not the perfect red velvet that i just decorate hours ago. now, it is safely store in the freezer. will be a surprise for mother and father! yeay..
