Promo: count your healthy food


I have something to share. This is regarding on our health issue. Before I go further, I would like you to be honest and answer 2 set of ease questions:


Question 1: How many servings of fruits do you eat on a daily basis? Keep in mind that one serving is usually equal to about one cup of chopped or sliced fruits, or one medium sized fruit.

Question 2: How many servings of vegetables do you eat? Keep in mind that one serving is usually equal to about one cup of chopped or sliced vegetables.

Question 3: How many servings of milk, cheese, yogurt or other dairy products do you typically consume? One serving of cheese is about the size of four dice. One serving of milk or yogurt is equal to one cup. If you do not eat dairy, how many calcium fortified foods do you typically consume?

Question 4: How many of your servings of bread, cereal, pasta or other grains were whole grain products? Whole grain products will state that they are 100-percent whole grain or 100-percent whole wheat on the label.


Question 5: How many servings of sugary treats or snacks do you eat, on average? This includes candy bars, soft drinks, desserts, ice cream. Understanding the serving size is crucial. One serving of ice cream is only one scoop. An average sized candy bar is one serving. One serving of soda is only one cup; one can is equal to one and one-half servings. One cookie would be about two to three inches in diameter.

Question 6: How many servings of meat, poultry, fish, eggs, beans or nuts do you eat? One serving of meat is three ounces or about the size of a deck of cards, one egg is one serving, one-half cup of dry beans or two ounces of nuts.

Question 7: Of your meat servings, how many were fatty meats like bacon, sausage, or processed lunch meats did you eat? One serving is three slices of bacon, two sausages, one slice of lunch meat.

Question 8: How many servings of deep fried foods do you eat? This includes fries, onion rings, fried chicken, and any foods covered in batter and fried in oil.

Well, did you satisfied with your diet everyday? Basically you should understand about the different types of food which are good or bad.

Apart from that, take a look at SET 2. I believe most of us agree that we are enjoy to take un-healthy food such as listed in SET 2 more than healthy food such as listed in SET 1.
